I know how you feel — because I’m pregnant too! 💕
And I’m here to show you that movement can still be part of your journey, with the right guidance, care, and modifications.
Join me for my Barre Fitness Workshop — a welcoming, low-impact session where we’ll work on strength, posture, balance, and body awareness through beautiful, controlled movements inspired by ballet and Pilates.
Whether you’re pregnant, returning to exercise after a long break, or simply looking for a gentle yet effective workout, you’re welcome! 🤍
As a pregnant woman myself, I’m especially excited to share this experience with you and help you feel more confident, connected, and strong in your body.
