Barre Fitness Blends ballet, pilates and strength training that is a full body workout to help you tone, strengthen and challenge you in a positive, fun and upbeat way.
For the Fall we are welcoming the change of the season with focused movement, stregnth and the feel good burn and fire!
No experiance is neccessary and you will be encouraged to work at your own level. This class you will feel more energized, stronger and connected to your body.
