About this Event
Think Pilates meets ballet! 🩰 A low-impact, high-intensity workout combining the precision of Pilates, the grace of ballet and the energy of a fitness class, all set to an energising playlist!
Expect to work up a sweat with movements designed to build strength, stability and stamina, leaving you feeling strong, balanced and confident!
Whether you're a Barre regular or trying it for the first time, this is the perfect opportunity to move your body, try something new and meet like-minded girlies!
We've organised a private class just for us Working Holiday Girls, followed by some well-deserved coffee and beach yaps!
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
- 🩰 45-minute private Barre class at Balance Moves in Bondi
- 💪 Full-body workout combining ballet, Pilates and fitness
- 💗 A class exclusively for our Working Holiday Girls community
- ☕ Post-class coffee and beach hangs with the girls!

THE DETAILS
📍 Balance Moves, Bondi
⏰ Arrive at 12:15pm for a 12:30pm class start
🩰 Class finishes at approximately 1:15pm, then we'll grab a coffee and head to the beach for some yaps!
WHAT TO BRING
- Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely.
- Grip socks are optional for this Barre class.
- Water bottle to stay hydrated (filtered water is provided in-studio).
- A towel or something to sit on at the beach afterwards.
COMING SOLO?
Most of our girls come to events on their own, so don't worry if you don't know anyone! We'll have a friendly Working Holiday Girls host there to welcome you and help introduce you to the other girls.
Whether you're coming for the workout, the friendships or both, this is the perfect chance to try something new, get moving and meet some lovely girlies along the way! 💗
