Come celebrate farmland, community, and the future of Ontario’s foodbelt with us.On Saturday, September 26, we’re opening up our farm for a Barn Mural Community Celebration as part of the growing Protect Our Foodbelt initiative.
Our barn along Highway 6 is becoming home to a new farmland-protection mural created by Anishinaabe artist August Swinson—and we’d like our community to be part of its story.
Join us for an afternoon on the farm with live music, family-friendly activities, community art, opportunities to learn more about protecting Ontario farmland, and the chance to see the new barn mural up close.
We’ll also be talking about Bill 21, the Protect Our Food Act, and ways Ontarians can add their voices to the conversation about protecting the farmland that feeds us.
