About this Event
An arcade. For dogs.
BARKADE is a collection of interactive play and enrichment zones inside The Hub at City Center Bishop Ranch in San Ramon.
Instead of sitting on the sidelines while your dog plays, BARKADE is designed for you to explore together.
Your dog can chase, sniff, climb, search, retrieve, problem-solve and discover what they enjoy most — all inside a purpose-built indoor space.
Your visit
Each BARKADE ticket includes:
- 30 minutes of BARKADE access
- Admission for one dog and their people
- Access to available BARKADE zones
- The option to select a featured zone and guarantee at least 20 minutes in that space
- No training evaluation or Hub membership required
Prefer to wander? Choose General Admission and explore whichever BARKADE stations are available during your visit.
What will your dog find?
BARKADE includes different zones built around physical play, enrichment and exploration, including activities involving:
- scent and search ball pit
- an indoor lure track!
- different textures and surfaces
- climbing and movement
- fetching
- ball launchers
- bubbles
- obstacles and interactive challenges
Every dog uses the space differently. There’s no required route and no expectation that your dog complete every activity.
Follow their curiosity.
Does my dog need to like other dogs?
BARKADE is not a dog park or traditional playgroup.
Dogs do not need to interact or play with unfamiliar dogs.
Because multiple dogs may be using separate areas of The Hub at the same time, your dog does need to be able to observe other dogs and people while on leash without continuously barking, lunging, growling or becoming overwhelmed.
Dogs remain with their guardian throughout their BARKADE visit.
Before you arrive
Dogs must be current on Rabies, Bordetella and DAPP/DHPP vaccinations.
Please keep your dog leashed while entering The Hub and while moving between BARKADE zones. Once you're safely inside your designated area, you can follow the instructions for that station.
Introductory admission: $20
Your ticket includes one 30-minute BARKADE visit.
BARKADE is open to the public — you do not need to be a Hub member or complete a training evaluation before visiting.
Come find out which part of the arcade becomes your dog’s favorite.
