This meet is unsanctioned with Squat, Strict Press, and Deadlift contested. Lifting starts at 9am.
Awards for top male and female lifters as well as additional awards for youth and masters lifters will be given.
This meet is a relaxed and positive environment, singlets are not required. Come out and have some fun!
We will be selling waffles and coffee to raise money for the youth weightlifting team. Updates will be posted to our social media!
NO spectator fees!!
