About this Event
BAR (Business After Hours Retreat), Missouri City Chamber
This isn’t your typical networking event.
The Missouri City Chamber’s BAR Mixer—Business After Hours Retreat is where local professionals come together to talk business, meet new people, and build connections that can actually lead somewhere.
There’s no formal program, no forced elevator pitches, and no pressure to work the room a certain way. Just good conversations, new introductions, familiar faces, and a relaxed environment where networking feels natural.
This month, BAR has a special civic twist.
Local candidates have been invited to join us for the evening, briefly introduce themselves, and connect with attendees one-on-one while everyone continues to mix, mingle, and network as usual.
This is not a debate or traditional candidate forum. BAR is still BAR—an after-hours networking experience centered on business, relationships, and community connection, with the added opportunity to meet some of the people seeking to represent our community.
Whether you’re already connected to the Chamber or looking for a way into Missouri City’s business community, come spend the evening with us. You may meet a future client, referral partner, collaborator, community leader, candidate, or simply someone worth knowing.
BAR welcomes business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, employers, nonprofit leaders, community partners, Chamber members, future members, and members of the community.
Light bites and refreshments will be provided.
