Join us on September 19 for nurses' Red Alert: Save Our Hospitals Tour stop in Bangor, ME. President Trump and Republicans in Congress have gutted health care programs like Medicaid — programs that keep our hospitals running — all to fund billionaire tax breaks, ICE terror, and endless war. Nurses, patients, and our communities are coming together to save hundreds of vulnerable hospitals across the country from cuts or closure due to Trump's health care cuts.Join us to demand a healthy society based on care and compassion. This is a community-wide, family-friendly event with a rally, activities, a free children’s book, and free food while supplies last! Nurses will also be providing free wellness checks. The rally will start at 12pm. Sign-in, live music, and a free community meal will begin at 11am. Free wellness checks from 11am to 3pm.
