Join Sarah Filzen, eRYT 500, for a two day class that will explore the application of bandhas in yoga asana and the physical anatomy of structural bandhas. Students will also learn about the use of words and communication skills to teach bandhas to students and how to use props to enhance the mind-body connection to employ structural bandhas. Attendees will also demonstrate teaching bandhas in asana as part of the Practicum requirement for Yoga Alliance credit. Class meets Saturday and Sunday October 24th & 25th from 9:00am-4:00pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View’s Cozy Studio, 1st Floor. Class will not be hot/heated.
Sign up for Saturday October 24th ONLY. You will automatically be added into Sunday’s session. Attendance both days is mandatory in order to receive credit.
