Bambini & Bubbles 2026 is a luxury continuing education experience designed for dental professionals who want more than a traditional conference.
From October 15 to 17, 2026, we bring our community to San Sebastián, Spain, one of the world’s most celebrated culinary and cultural destinations. Over three days, guests will attend high-level CE lectures, enjoy private winery tours, dine at a traditional Basque cider house, celebrate at a formal Gala evening, and gather for an ocean-side farewell luncheon overlooking the coast.

Biarritz is located just one hour from San Sebastián, allowing guests to enjoy two countries in one seamless journey. After our time in Biarritz, we will travel together to join the full group in Spain for the official conference kickoff.
