Welcome to the next chapter of the Ballymaloe Grainstore Food Sessions — a series of one-off pop-up dining experiences celebrating the people behind exceptional food, from chefs and producers to growers and makers, alongside good company and memorable evenings in the warmth of the Grainstore.
For Chapter Three: An Autumn Gathering, we are joined by chef, musician and Ballymaloe Cookery School graduate Scott Leigh.
This is not your average supper...
After honing his craft across Europe following his time at the Ballymaloe Cookery School, Scott returns for a special homecoming dining experience. Blending classic European culinary roots with bold East Asian influences, his menu spotlights local, organic produce, premium Irish meats and fresh harvests straight from the Ballymaloe gardens.
Join us around the table for an atmospheric evening celebrating rich seasonal flavours, craftsmanship, fine wines and great company.
