Please join Jackie & our family in honoring Franky with a balloon release in his memory! A limited amount of balloons will be provided but if you'll like bring you own, that's OK too. Also, light a cigar in Frankys honor. We will meet in the rear lot of the department to release balloons. Please park in the over flow lot across from the station. Do not park in the rear lot. Light refreshments will be provided to any law enforcement officer who attends. Let's do this right for Franky!
