🎉 Balcatta Primary School P&C AGM – Everyone Welcome!📅 Friday 30 October 2026
⏰ 8:50am – 10:00am
📍 Staff Room, Balcatta Primary School
Come along to our P&C Annual General Meeting (AGM) and find out what we've been up to, hear about our plans for the remainder of the year, and help us plan for 2027!
The AGM is an important opportunity to get involved in our school community, meet other parents and carers, and help shape the fundraising activities and events that support our students and school.
📣 All P&C positions become vacant at each AGM.
We're particularly looking for someone to take on the role of Treasurer for 2027. This role involves keeping an eye on our finances and reviewing spending each term. You don't need to be a finance expert, and support and guidance will be provided!
Our P&C relies on parent and carer volunteers to help make great things happen for our school. Whether you're interested in taking on a role, lending a hand at events, or simply finding out more about what we do, we'd love to see you there.
💙 Every contribution makes a difference, and there's a place for everyone!
We look forward to seeing you there! 😊
