Balboa IIContinue to advance your steps, moves and skills in Balboa.
Balboa is a style of swing dance that evolved with jazz music in the 1930s that was getting faster and faster! Crowded dancefloors required dancers to dance closer together and take smaller steps.
Prerequisite: completion of Beginner Balboa lesson set or previous experience dancing Balboa
No registration necessary, you just come a few minutes early on Wednesday for the 7 PM start!
All classes run at the Scott Block Theatre (4816 50 Ave)
Balboa 2 will be running Wednesdays 7-8PM, November 4- December 9.
All you need is clothing you can move in, and comfy shoes. Nothing fancy, just you ready to move!
Note that we also have a 30 minute free practice time after the lesson so feel free to stay from 9-9:30 to work on things or ask your instructors questions.
