Balanced Beginnings: Postpartum & Feeding SupportThe early weeks and months with a new baby can be wonderful, overwhelming, and everything in between. Whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, combination feeding, or simply looking for connection with other parents, you’re welcome here.
Join us for a relaxed, supportive gathering where you can ask questions, share experiences, and receive encouragement in a judgment-free space. There is no agenda to follow and no expectation that you have everything figured out. Come as you are… with your baby, your questions, and maybe even a cup of coffee.
As an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant), I offer free weighted feeds and breastfeeding support during each group. Whether you’re working through latch concerns, wondering if your baby is getting enough milk, navigating pumping, or simply looking for reassurance, I’m here to help.
This group is for you if:
• You’re expecting and want to learn before baby arrives.
• You’re breastfeeding, pumping, combination feeding, or bottle feeding.
• You’d like a weighted feed or basic feeding support.
• You want to meet other parents who understand this season of life.
• You simply don’t want to do postpartum alone.
A quick note that I hope puts your mind at ease…
Although we meet inside Balance Chiropractic & Wellness, this is not a sales event or a place where you’ll be pressured to become a chiropractic patient.
Many families who attend already have healthcare providers they love. Others aren’t looking for chiropractic care at all. That is absolutely okay.
This group exists to provide education, encouragement, and community. You’re welcome whether you’re interested in chiropractic care, already have a chiropractor, or simply need feeding support and a place to connect with other parents.
No pressure. No expectations. Just support.
