Summer’s intensity can quietly increase internal heat, therefore affecting digestion, hormones, mood, and energy. This 4-week immersive experience is designed to help you regulate that heat through education, embodiment, and integrative lifestyle practices rooted in Ayurveda.
You will understand why, and how to apply Ayurveda and Yoga principles to your daily life with confidence.
This immersive retreat series is for anyone who is experiencing one or more of these symptoms:

Week 1: Tend Your Agni Without Getting Burned
June 13, 2026: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
When summer heat rises, digestion often becomes sharp, reactive, or unpredictable. You may feel hungry but inflamed. Energized but crashing. Ayurveda teaches that this is a sign your digestive fire, Agni needs guidance.

In this immersive first session, you’ll learn how to stabilize digestion in hot weather through practical seasonal rhythms, cooling breathwork, gentle movement, and a one-hour cooking class focused on strengthening, not extinguishing your digestive fire. You’ll leave with clarity about your unique digestive tendencies and a sustainable summer plan to reduce discomfort and restore steady energy.

Week 2: Cool Inflammation & Internal Heat
June 20, 2026: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Inflammation is not random. It is excess internal heat expressing itself through the skin, hormones, and emotions. Summer amplifies this fire. If left unbalanced, it shows up as reactivity, frustration, and physical discomfort.

Redness or sensitivity

This session will enlighten you on methods of cooling the system intelligently. Through Ayurvedic education, a hands-on cooking class featuring anti-inflammatory seasonal foods, calming pranayama, and embodied self-soothing practices, you’ll learn how to reduce internal heat without dulling your vitality. You’ll walk away with tools to calm skin, regulate mood, and feel lighter in both body and mind.

Week 3: Prevent Burnout & Protect Your Energy
June 27, 2026: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Summer invites expansion, more light, more activity, more social engagement. But without protection, your deeper reserves become depleted. You may appear functional on the outside while quietly running on empty.

Exhaustion despite longer days
Trouble sleeping
Over-scheduling and social fatigue
Feeling depleted after gatherings
Hormonal fatigue
In this restorative and educational immersion, you’ll learn how to preserve Ojas, which is your vitality essence, while still enjoying the season. Through nourishing cooking instruction, restorative yoga nidra session, guided nervous system reset practices, and personalized rhythm planning, you’ll create a sustainable framework for energy protection. You’ll leave with practical tools to sleep better, say no without guilt, and move through summer with steadiness instead of strain.

Week 4: Calm the Mind & Cool Emotional Reactivity
July 4, 2026: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Summer heat doesn’t just affect the body. It rises into the mind. Thoughts can feel sharper. Reactions quicker. Patience thinner. You may notice yourself less tolerant and more easily triggered.

Conflict in relationships
Impatience
Feeling overstimulated
Comparison or judgment
Emotional overwhelm
This immersive session focuses on cooling the mental and emotional body. Through guided meditation, reflective practices, embodied awareness, seasonal cooking, and group connection, you’ll learn how to cultivate steadiness and compassion even in the heat. You’ll leave with daily tools to regulate emotional intensity, communicate more clearly, and maintain inner calm through the remainder of the season.
This session stands alone as a mental reset retreat.

4-week series
10:00 am - 3:00 pm each Saturday.
Cost and Registration:
Full Series: $820.00 per person before April 30, 2026, $1080.00 per person thereafter.
Single Session: $220.00 per person before April 30, 2026, $295.00 per person thereafter.
Commitment Bonus: Participants who enrol in the full 4-week series receive a complimentary 60-minute private Zoom consultation with Sonia, an experienced Ayurvedic wellness coach. (scheduled separately). This allows you to personalize what you’ve learned and support deeper integration into your daily life.

Our 3,000 square foot Education Centre offers a large open concept training area with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light and excellent ventilation. There is a kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle and dishware. We have a dining area with tables and chairs, 2 gender neutral bathrooms, and Lending Library and Administration Offices.
