Ottawa Ruck Club is partnering with 24 Hours of Heroes for another commemorative event.We will meet outside the main doors of the Canadian War Museum and head out from there.
After the event, we welcome you to join us at Beyond the Pale Ale for a social.
About the workout “Silent Ruck”

We often tend to fill quiet rooms with music, television or some other background noise. For many of us, silence can feel uncomfortable especially when we are with others. Research shows that silence can create space for healing and reflection in a world where we are constantly bombarded with noise. This Silent Ruck is meant to challenge us to embrace the many benefits of silence. Participants are encouraged to ruck silently with a partner or group, and use this time of shared silence to reflect on how we can continue to honour and remember the fallen and support those living with operational stress injuries.
About 24 Hours of Heroes: 24 Hours of Heroes is a community-based fitness event raising funds and awareness for Veterans and First Responders living with Operational Stress Injuries through our partnership with Wounded Warriors Canada.
