About this Event

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING A TICKET

💵 October Bake Club Tickets are $20 per person (Venmo @emilycropsey once you are registered). LIMITED CAPACITY EVENT. Your spot is not confirmed until payment is received. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred.

Welcome to Bake Club Nashville — a community bake swap built for people who love to make, share, and leave with a box full of something new.

For our October event, we're getting a little spooky with IF YOU DARE. Think dark chocolate, creepy-cute creations, autumn flavors, things that look suspiciously like something else, haunted desserts, strange little treats, dramatic bakes, or anything that makes you think should I really eat this? All baking levels are welcome but I DARE you to go all out!!!

Go spooky, strange, gothic, creepy, campy, mysterious, or just a little unsettling. There are no strict rules here. If you'd serve it at a haunted dinner party or enjoy it at a Fall fest, it probably counts. Spook factor not required, just encouraged ;)
NEW GF TICKET OFFERING – please purchase a GF Baker Ticket if you're seeking to participate in Bake Club with a small but mighty handful of other GF bakers. Same date, time, theme. This will be a smaller swap within the swap. BCN is inherently NOT a celiac safe space, but we're going to make some adjustements so our GF pals can join in on the fun!!

How it works

Bring a homemade baked good, sweet of savory, inspired by the theme, and leave with the same number of goodies you brought as an assortment of other bakers' creations. It’s equal parts bake swap, creative showcase, and chance to meet fellow bakers & creatives here in Nashville.

How much to make

The bake options are endless! Get weird with it!

  • 2–3 dozen pastries (cookies, cupcakes, buns, bars, rolls, biscuits, scones, etc.)
  • 1 cake (8–10")
  • 1–2 loaves (sliced for sharing)

Your ticket fee goes towards
  • Entry to Bake Club Nashville + support for venue minimums
  • Specialty SPOOKY beverages
  • Bake tags, napkins, and additional Bake Club supplies

A few notes
  • Bring your own collection container — limited take-home boxes will be available.
  • Homemade goods only — this is all about sharing what you love to make.
  • Please arrive with your bake pre-cut, portioned, and ready for sharing/swapping (or bring the proper utensils for slicing onsite).
  • We will have an active waitlist for this event. If you register and then can no longer make the date, please let me know as soon as you can so I can release an open spot to the waitlist fam!
  • Follow @bakeclubnashville on Instagram for updates and future club dates.
