💵 NOVEMBER Bake Club Tickets are $15 per person (Venmo @emilycropsey once you are registered). LIMITED CAPACITY EVENT. Your spot is not confirmed until payment is received. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred.
Welcome to Bake Club Nashville — a community bake swap built for people who love to make, share, and leave with a box full of something new.
For our next Bake Club, we’re chasing that GOLDEN HOUR glow and gathering around the table with all the cozy, golden, autumnal bakes. Think apple cider donuts, flaky butter pastries, savory breads, pillowy dinner rolls, brown butter everything, warm spices, caramelized edges — the kind of bakes you’d pass around a table full of friends.
All baking levels are welcome! Sweet or savory, rustic or refined, crisp-edged or gooey-centered. Think autumn dinner party, friendsgiving, and one more helping before everyone heads home.
NEW GF TICKET OFFERING – please purchase a GF Baker Ticket if you're seeking to participate in Bake Club with a small but mighty handful of other GF bakers. Same date, time, theme. This will be a smaller swap within the swap. BCN is inherently NOT a celiac safe space, but we're going to make some adjustements so our GF pals can join in on the fun!!
How it works
Bring a homemade baked good, sweet of savory, inspired by the theme, and leave with the same number of goodies you brought as an assortment of other bakers' creations. It’s equal parts bake swap, creative showcase, and chance to meet fellow bakers & creatives here in Nashville.
How much to make
- 2–3 dozen pastries (cookies, cupcakes, buns, bars, rolls, biscuits, scones, etc.)
- 1 cake or pie (8–10")
- 1–2 loaves (sliced for sharing)
Your ticket fee goes towards
- Entry to Bake Club Nashville + support for venue minimums
- Specialty themed beverages
- Bake tags, napkins, and additional Bake Club supplies
A few notes
- Bring your own collection container — limited take-home boxes will be available.
- Homemade goods only — this is all about sharing what you love to make.
- Please arrive with your bake pre-cut, portioned, and ready for sharing/swapping (or bring the proper utensils for slicing onsite).
- We will have an active waitlist for this event. If you register and then can no longer make the date, please let me know as soon as you can so I can release an open spot to the waitlist fam!
