Vip Canape (Roasted beet tartare, Belgium endive, candied ginger, sumac goat cheese mousse

**Dinner will include two glasses of wine that will be paired with dinner**

• Chilled Mediterranean Salad: (Mixed greens, baby heirloom tomato, cucumber, red onion, Greek medley olives, feta, Fattoush dressing.

• Pan roasted Za’atar chicken (creamy polenta, brussels sprout and pearl onion, fricassee, crispy pancetta, port wine pan jus.

• Steak au poivre : ( celery root purée, haricot vert, pomegranate and mint chimichurri

• Rainbow Trout : (super spinach, citrus pomme lyonnaise, herb salad, tunisian chili crisp

• Chef’s risotto (seasonal vegetable, mascarpone cheese, yellow snow pea shoots, pomegranate molasses.( vegetarian or vegan option without cream and cheese)
