We are pleased to offer a super early bird fee which is limited to 100 tickets. Early bird registration closes Sunday 19th April at 23:59 BST.

Late tickets and final registration closes Thursday 14th May at 23:59 BST. Please note, these fees are significantly higher than the early bird rates. A limited number of onsite places have been reserved for registration on the day.

We have extended the venue capacity for 2026. As the event is increasingly popular, we strongly encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment, in the possibility that we sell out.

If you require an invoice, please contact [email protected]. After this time, we request that the fee is paid upfront at time of registration either by the participant personally, or by the hospital trust/departmental credit card. Changes to existing invoice requests could delay registration ahead of the event. We strongly recommend that invoices are requested at least 8 weeks ahead of the event to secure your place.
