Backstage Yoga

Take an hour to slow down, stretch, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive space. Whether you’re an actor, work behind the scenes, or simply want to enjoy some yoga in community, you’re welcome! Beginners welcome - no theater experience or yoga experience needed.

What to bring: Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one, along with a water bottle. Chairs will be available for anyone who prefers to take class seated.
