For a change of pace, we’re going to run a doubles tournament!Come join us at the Study on November 7 at 1pm for our next Backgammon & Beer event. Find a partner and come play in a format you might not be familiar with. Doubles is a great opportunity for learning and understanding this wonderfully complex game.
Having trouble finding a partner? Let me know and I’ll put together a pool of players looking so you can connect.
Going to run a double elimination bracket; eight teams max (if there is overwhelming interest, I might create two divisions). $20/player, $40/team; no singles playing alone.
If a Chouette breaks out after the tournament, even better!
Touch base with me if you have any questions.
