Led by our lead instructor, Cady, Backbends & Baked Goods is a fun and welcoming practice focused on creating more openness, strength, and confidence in your body. Whether you already love backbends or usually avoid them, this workshop will offer practical tips, modifications, and techniques to help make these shapes feel more accessible and supportive for your body.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll explore:
