As Summer gives way to Autumn, the changing season invites us to slow down, settle in and make a little more room for ourselves.
BACK TO YOU, is an intimate evening created for women who are ready to step away from their everyday demands, enjoy meaningful connection and spend a few beautiful hours tending to their own well-being.
We’ll begin together with guided breathwork and meditation in the Himalayan salt cave. You’ll then move through a thoughtfully planned rotation of restorative wellness experiences.
