Event Description -
Taking care of your plants shouldn't be stressful, it should be fun and empowering!
Join us this month for a lesson covering all the basics of care for indoor tropical and desert plants. Learn how to diagnose problems with your plants as well as routine maintenance so your plants can live a long and healthy life. You'll have a bright green thumb in no time!
We'll cover:
- a brief intro to the houseplant industry
- identifying light levels
- how to tell when to water, and best watering practices
- repotting and the different types of soil
- fertilizing and optimal soil health
- pruning and propagation
- identifying and treating pests
Location - Note this workshop may be upstairs. If stairs are not accessible for you, we are happy to provide a private session in the shop at another time or you are welcome to use the terrarium building table in the shop during store hours. For these inquiries, please email [email protected].
Parking - For free 2 hour validated parking, you can park across the street from us at the Remington Row Garage.
Refund Policy - We will refund orders to original payment method up to 48 hours before an event. If you request a refund less than 24 hours before an event, we can issue a workshop gift card. We will not issue any refunds or credits for an event if it is less than two hours before its start time or after the event has ended. Please reach out as soon as you know you cannot attend!
