A hotel room you don’t have to share. Dinner you didn’t plan. A conversation where someone asks what YOU want and gives you time to answer.
Join Jami Altwies of She Reclaims and Melissia Melendez of Soul’s Journey Coach for a winter weekend at the Inn at 500 in downtown Boise. We’ll handle the details so you can enjoy good food, real connection, and space to hear yourself again.
WHAT THE WEEKEND HOLDS
There’s room for meaningful reflection about where you are, what you’re ready to set down, and what you want next.
Melissia will guide a reflection circle to help you reconnect with yourself and begin naming what matters to you. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you want.
Jami will guide a conversation about nutrition and caring for yourself through food, with space to ask questions and explore practical ideas you can bring into everyday life. She’ll also lead gentle functional movement you can use beyond the weekend.
We’ll also enjoy a playful Mardi Gras photo shoot, professional portraits, dinner at Percy, and plenty of laughter. After dinner, join us for games and conversation or head back to your room for some quiet. Sunday brings a slow start, brunch together, and a closing circle.
YOUR RETREAT INCLUDES

• A professional portrait by Thomas Photography
• Guided reflection, gentle movement, and connection activities

• An optional make-and-take activity with advance sign-up
COME ON YOUR OWN OR BRING A FRIEND
Private room: $449 for one guest.
Shared room: $649 total for two guests.
Payment plans are available with $200 to reserve. All remaining payments are due by December 31, 2026.
We’re keeping the retreat small, just 10 women, and some spots are already taken.
