A 3-part journey for women to reconnect with their bodies, awaken their aliveness, and come home to their embodied power.
About this Event

There comes a moment when you realize you’ve been living from the neck up.

Disconnected and numb.
Giving peices of yourself away to appease others.
Taking care of everyone but you.
Pushing through exhaustion.

And quietly wondering, Where did I go? And saying to yourself, There has to be more than this?

Back in My Body is a three-part in-person journey for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect, and come home to themselves.

This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering the beauty and power who you are.

We will meet for 3 session over 7 weeks

Week 1 (March 29th): Connection & Presence
Bringing presence and building safety in the body. Slowing and softening into our senses. Learning to nourish our nervous system.

Week 2 (April 12th): Joy & Play
Awakening aliveness. Reconnecting to joy, curiosity, and the parts of you that feel free. Meeting your inner child.

Week 3 (May 3rd): Power & Fire
Peeling back the layers ever further, and connection with our chaos, rage, and the beauty and power of or essence.

Through guided somatic practices, breathwork, movement, reflection, and ritual you will deepen your relationship with your body and the essence of who you really are.

Facilitated by JoAnne Walsh, a multidimensional healer and guide devoted to helping women reconnect with their bodies, inner wisdom, and the truth of who they are. She believes every woman carries a deep, heart-centered power, and her work is rooted in creating spaces where that power can be felt, remembered, and embodied.
