Bachata LadyStyling⁺ – 12-Week Intensive in Lisbon
Get ready to develop your movement, technique and confidence in this 12-week in-person Bachata LadyStyling⁺ intensive at Dance Factory Lisboa.
The 90-minute weekly classes include:
• Warm-up
• Body conditioning and flexibility
• Isolations and body movement
• Bachata technique and styling
• A new choreography every week
All levels are welcome. Beginners and intermediate dancers will learn and refine the fundamentals, while experienced dancers can improve their technique, body control and styling.
No partner is required. As we work on a new choreography each week, you can join the complete intensive or attend individual classes as a drop-in. The course is also a great opportunity to meet other dancers and become part of a supportive community.

What to wear
Wear comfortable training clothes rather than jeans. We begin the warm-up in socks. Afterwards, you can dance in heels or sneakers.
Aline also teaches Bachata Social Dance and Latin Solo, leads a Bachata show team and offers private classes.
