REGULAMIN ZAKUPÓW:
-Odsprzedaż biletów jakim jest każdy rodzaj passa na Bachata Baltic Breeze i zmiana nazwiska przypisanego do biletu może zostać dokonana tylko 1 raz. Odkupionego biletu nie można odsprzedać kolejnej osobie.
-Zmiana właściciela wymaga DOPŁATY różnicy między ceną obowiązującą w dniu zakupu biletu przez pierwotnego nabywcę, a ceną aktualną w dniu zgłoszenia zmiany nazwiska i dokonania zapłaty.
-Pierwotny właściciel biletu powiadamia o zmianie wysyłając maila do organizatora zawierający imię, nazwisko oraz adres e-mail nowego właściciela na adres [email protected]
-Odsprzedaż biletów i zmiana nazwiska przypisanego do biletu możliwa jest do 08 stycznia 2027r. Zmiany dokonane po tym terminie nie będą akceptowane. Organizator nie pośredniczy w poszukiwaniu nowego nabywcy biletu. Uczestnicy rozliczają się między sobą.
Do organizatora należy jedynie wpłacić różnice jaka może wynikać w cenie biletu.
W razie nieobecności na wydarzeniu można przepisać wydana kwotę na poczet Bachata Baltic Breeze 2028, ale informacje o tym fakcie należy przesłać do organizatora najpóźniej do 14.01.2027, w przeciwnym wypadku kwota przepada. Organizator nie dokonuje zwrotów. Jedynym przypadkiem jest konieczność odwołania eventu.

TICKET PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS
-Ticket resale (any type of pass for Bachata Baltic Breeze) and name change assigned to a ticket can be done only once. A resold ticket cannot be resold again.
-Changing the ticket holder requires paying the price difference between the ticket price at the time of the original purchase and the current ticket price on the day the name change is requested and paid.
-The original ticket holder must notify the organizer of the change by sending an email to [email protected]
- including the first name, last name, and email address of the new ticket holder.
-Ticket resale and name changes are possible until January 8, 2027. Any changes requested after this date will not be accepted.
-The organizer does not mediate in finding a new buyer. Participants settle payments between themselves.
-Any price difference resulting from the change must be paid directly to the organizer.
-In case of inability to attend the event, the paid amount may be transferred to Bachata Baltic Breeze 2028, provided that the organizer is informed no later than January 14, 2027. Otherwise, the amount is forfeited.
-The organizer does not issue refunds. The only exception is if the event is cancelled.
