Tickets are non-refundable, all purchases are final. There is a possibility to change name for 10 Euro / 250 Kč until 7.6.
To balance risk of getting a ticket one year in advance, you can purchase cancellation insurance (10% of ticket price on our webpage or 12% on Go & Dance). Cancellation insurance gives you the right to ask for a refund of your ticket until 31.3.2027 without the need of giving a reason. It gives you a peace of mind in case you buy the ticket one year in advance and then something unexpected happens. Refund doesn't include 10-12% insurance price. Note, that since it's a percentage, the earlier you book a ticket, the lower the price for insurance will be.
