Baby massage is a beautiful way to slow down, connect with your little one and become more confident in understanding their cues.
During the workshop, you’ll learn gentle and practical massage techniques that you can continue using at home to:

✨ Ease wind and tummy discomfort
✨ Strengthen parent-baby bonding
✨ Support baby’s body awareness
✨ Create a calming routine together
But baby massage isn’t just about learning a sequence of strokes.
We’ll also guide you on how to read and respond to your baby’s cues — recognising when your baby is receptive to touch, when they need a pause and when they’ve had enough.
