About this Event

All of the exercises are gentle, focusing on realignment and creating foundational strength and connections. You will also learn how to assess and safely work towards closing diastasis recti. Babies under 6 months (nonmobile) welcome! Bring your stroller, car seat, carrier, a blanket or no baby!
