Designed for babies 3–18 months and their parents or caregivers, Baby & Me is a fun, welcoming class filled with movement, music, sensory exploration and play.

What will we do?
🧠 MOVE
Tummy time, reaching, crawling and movement activities that build body awareness and coordination.
👀 DISCOVER
Textures, colors, sensory experiences and visual games that encourage curiosity and exploration.
🎵 SING & PLAY
Music, rhythm, sounds and interactive play that support language and early communication.
🤍 CONNECT
Gentle, playful interactions that strengthen the bond between you and your baby.
There’s purpose behind the play.
We’ll explain why we’re doing each activity and give you simple ideas to continue at home. No expensive toys or complicated activities required.
Along the way, you’ll meet other local parents and give your baby an opportunity to explore, socialize and experience something new.
Come as you are.
Feed them, change them, hold them, let them wiggle or take a break whenever you need. There’s no experience required and no expectation of a perfectly behaved baby.
Classes are limited to 10 babies to keep the experience comfortable, interactive and personal.
