♻️ How the swap works
Arrive anytime between 10:30 and 12:00 pm.
You can start swapping as soon as you arrive.
Bring if you can:
👕 Up to 10 clean, good-quality kids’ clothing items
🧸 Up to 10 clean, good-quality toys or books
We also welcome maternity and postpartum clothing, cloth nappies and baby items.
When you arrive, please hand your items to volunteers. We check people in and weigh incoming items so we can track the impact of the swap - then you can start browsing straight away.
No token system. Take what you need, give what you can.
Nothing to swap? No worries. Everyone is welcome. We especially welcome expecting and new parents to come and give baby clothes and items a new home 🙌
No strict quality or amount checks. We trust people to bring items in good condition that they would happily pass on. Volunteers gently sort as needed.
Pre-stocked tables. We set up a strong starting selection before doors open, especially high-demand items like larger-sized kids’ clothing and children’s books.
For this swap, we welcome pre-swap donations of toys and kids’ clothing size 3+. Drop-off or pick-up may be possible from Glenbrook to Woodford, send us a message to arrange.
Flow matters. Volunteers keep items organised on tables and racks, restocking and reshuffling as we go so everything is easy to browse.
Last drop-off for new items is 12:00 pm. After that, we focus on redistributing what is already there.
🌱 Why come along?
Our swaps are about more than exchanging items. Together, we are reducing waste, sharing resources, saving money and building a supportive local parent community. There's a lot of love in a swap!
📦 Get ready now!! Start a box at home with preloved items your family no longer needs.
🙌 Volunteers welcome -This is a free, community-led event and we need your support 🫶 If you’d like to help on the day, please send us a DM.
If you’d like to make a pre-swap donation of clothing, toys or books, please get in touch via DM.
