Babies and Beyond for managers and staff working in baby rooms;

Part 1

• support you to meet the needs of babies and young children
• increase practitioner knowledge of young children’s development
• discuss the importance of quality interactions at home and in settings
• support practitioner confidence to plan and implement rich play experiences within a stimulating learning environment
• give practical help and advice to enhance your provision for younger children
• training also includes a new bitesize that you and your staff will have access to

Part 2

• will support practitioners skills to help babies’ developing communication skills

The training is free for a practitioner and a manager from each setting to attend.

A £60 contribution towards supply cover will be paid to the setting.
