Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned baker, this class is perfect for anyone looking to elevate their baking skills. I'll be serving some yummy snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Please feel free to bring your favorite drink, if you'd like.

Take Home Starter Kit and Bread

Info: Not only are you going to have fun learning how to make your own sourdough bread from scratch, you'll also take home 2 loaves of sourdough bread. One is baked by Baba and the other is created by you to bake the next day. Also, you will receive a starter kit consisting of a traditional banneton, a bread lame, a bread sling and a bench scraper all inside a custom Baba's Bread tote. You'll learn how to make your own starter to take home with a full instruction sheet. Included, will be the sourdough recipe, and instructions on the "how to" of sourdough bread making. We will have 2 breaks where Baba will serve her speciality scones and her delicious cheesy focaccia along with several choices of beverages.
