B-Free from Addiction is a 15-session, faith-based addiction recovery and character-building program created by Beth D. Baus, LMFT.
Our program is designed to help adults overcome destructive habits, develop positive character traits, strengthen relationships, and build a foundation for lasting change.
Through biblical principles, practical life skills, and encouragement, participants will explore important qualities such as self-control, honesty, forgiveness, compassion, dependability, resilience, gratitude, and spiritual growth.
We believe recovery is about more than leaving addiction behind. It’s about discovering purpose, rebuilding trust, making healthier choices, and moving forward with hope.

B-Free is open to ALL adults! Whether you’re struggling with addiction, navigating recovery, supporting someone you love, or simply seeking personal growth and positive change, you are welcome.
