Elevate your leadership with our Manufacturing Excellence: Leadership, Productivity, and Results series - a dynamic, hands-on program crafted to empower managers with the skills to enhance team performance, build accountability, and champion a Lean-focused culture. This program will consist of 6 essential classes and will be delivered in 4 hour increments, every Wednesday, March 3 - April 7, 2027. The topics are listed below. (A course description and class dates can be found by downloading the flyer from the AZ MEP website).
