In this immersive workshop, you’ll explore the foundational principles of Ayurveda through guided reflection, sensory awareness, and practical insight. Rather than memorizing concepts, you’ll begin observing your own constitution, tendencies, and patterns through a gentle, embodied lens.
This session offers a taste of:
- Dosha awareness and self-observation

- Subtle energetics and lifestyle balance
- Ayurveda as a living, practical system for modern life
This workshop is designed as an experiential preview of our SHINE Ayurveda Foundations Training (45 Hours) and offers insight into the depth, tone, and integrity of our certification program.
