Lucy, an Assistant Manager at The Snooty Fox, has kindly agreed our use of the car park.
This is a beautiful pub/restaurant with an excellent reputation for food. There is outdoor seating or, should you wish to partake of refreshments ☕🍷🍺 or some fine dining 🍴, well behaved dogs are allowed in the bar area too. The menu can be found online. If you do wish to eat, I would recommend you reserve a table in advance.
The walk is an all weather route on hardstanding. We will be walking from The Snooty Fox, through the picturesque village of Lowick to the Drayton Estate, where Saltburn was filmed. Please note, photography is restricted in areas of the estate.
Our small group social walks are for dogs and handlers who wish to improve upon/maintain their confidence and reduce reactivity around other dogs, people and the environment. Saturday 31st October meeting at The Snooty Fox, 16 Main Street, Lowick, Northamptonshire, NN14 3BH. Please park along the back wall of the car park from 10:00, we will meet to the side of the car park. May we request that you arrive in good time for a 10:30 start. It is £10 per dog to join this walk.
Advance booking is required. There are just 12 places available. We intentionally keep these groups small, so as not to flood/overwhelm. The walks are all on lead and managed along the route to ensure both dog and handler have the opportunity for a positive experience.
To reserve your place, please private message our page with the name of your dog/s, then once confirmed, submit payment and mark the event as going. Places are strictly on a 1st come 1st served basis.

Please note:
The walk is largely on hardstanding. We would recommend that you wear suitable footwear and you may wish to bring a change of footwear if visiting The Snooty Fox after.
All participants must keep their dog/s on lead during the walk. In the interest of safety, 1 dog per handler. If you wish to bring an additional dog please contact me. I would ask you not to use retractable leads, prong collars or e-collars at our walks please.
Due to the distance of this walk, it is not suitable for puppies. Please contact me on 07388 541407 for an option for puppies and younger dogs.
Social distancing guidelines are in place for the benefit of the dogs.
