A fun and friendly taster of Authentic Streetdance with AWARD WINNING Streetdance Academy!
Come and join us for a Fantastically Funky session of REAL Streetdance by Authentic Streetdance specialists.
Not only will your children learn some cool moves to practice at home, but they will learn foundational techniques to introduce them to the culture and style of Authentic Streetdance.

This taster session timings are:
Saturday 26th September
Ages 4-9: 9.35-10.35am
Ages 9-15: 10.40-11.40am
What to expect:
We will start off with a group warm up to engage and energise your child, welcoming them enthusiastically to the world of STREET DANCE! We like to create a sociable and interactive environment, to make new connections with like minded individuals, you can rest assured that your child will be improving social skills and confidence, connecting with peers!
They will be taught some basic Streetdance movements, including foundational grooves of Streetdance, in an engaging and exciting setting.
They will learn a short combination of movements which they can practise at home to perfect their new COOL moves!
This class is FUN, sociable, and expressive, offering a safe and professional space to express your child's individuality and style!
This class enthusiastically delivers an energetic and inspiring class of Freestyle dance, Streetdance foundations and Funky games to get your cool kids moving with style!

Where is the class?

Is this a Drop off and Go class?
Yes. You are kindly asked to enjoy your freedom whilst the session is on. We promise to contact you if we need you.
My child can be shy, Can I sit and watch in the corner?
No, in our experience, shy children tend to hide behind a grown up rather than get stuck in. We play plenty of interactive games to warm the group up and get the children into a comfortable, relaxed, but positively excited frame of mind. We always have an assistant available for less confident children, that need more support.
Will I have to fill in a sign up form?
Yes, but this is done online after purchasing a ticket.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is lots of parking on the road.
What can I bring into the event?
Water is advised. You are responsible for any possessions they may bring, and so bring them at your own risk.
What shall my child wear to the event?
Comfortable loose clothing and trainers suitable for exercise should be worn. No jewellery is allowed. Long Hair tied back.
Can my older/younger children attend the session?
No. We strictly work with in the age limits set for a class, to ensure the content is appropriate and enjoyed by all.
Will my child be safe?
There is always a first aider on site, and teachers are DBS checked with insurances in place.

What is the cost of the Academy classes after the Trial and how do I sign up?
All classes: £34.95pm
Our sessions run during term time only. Fees are payable 12 months of the year. We will send you the link to our sign up process after your taster session.
What if my child has any medical conditions or injuries?
It is up to you to inform the teacher of any medical conditions they might have. If such information is not disclosed, it is a your own risk, and your sole responsibility should they participate. Please consult your GP for any advise, and If appropriate, a letter from your GP maybe required to join the class.
Can I pay by Cash?
No, these tickets must be purchased online.
