In this level 2 workshop, we will dive deeper, expanding your ability to recognize, trust and act on intuitive guidance with greater clarity and confidence in daily life. Liz and Karen offer a supportive space where you will be guided through different practices and experiences to strengthen your voice within. Come comfy, curious and inquisitive!
THE AGENDA:
· Guided journey into the Heart Cave to access deeper intuitive wisdom
· Strengthening trust in your inner knowing and intuitive guidance
· Tools for energetic boundaries and preventing overwhelm
· Learning to work from the subconscious and quiet the critical mind
· Experiential practices to deepen intuitive awareness and clarity
