Welcome to a loving space only for women <3 Do you want to feel more at home in your body, more confident, more playful, more alive and connected? Welcome to my embodiment workshop !! We dance, we meet in movement & presence (instead of words) and reach deeper spaces of our being where we find belonging, joy, sensual aliveness and connection. Through the dance we find back to the original safety in our body and when we feel that safety returning - our authenticity comes forth, our truth, our pleasure, then we can let go of our protections and masks and bathe in our natural self love.
Come discover devotion to your movement and experience the sacredness of your own body.
No previous experience is needed, all women are welcome to join.
