After gathering for our first Awakening the Dream in March, we are returning to Elevation Hive for another afternoon of conscious dreamwork, restorative sound, and community.
We are not meant to navigate these times alone.
Awakening the Dream is a collaborative journey designed to help us explore our relationship to this period of collective intensity. Through conscious dreamwork and restorative sound, we’ll create space to reconnect with ourselves while staying present to the world around us.
When things feel overwhelming, it is natural for the system to freeze or feel unsure. This experience offers a way back into the body, using inner awareness as a foundation for compassionate presence and sustainable action.
The Journey: Three Doors of Insight
Together, we’ll move through three doors.
First, we’ll look inward. Where are you right now? What do you need to feel anchored?
Next, we’ll turn our awareness outward and acknowledge the collective currents we are moving through together.
Finally, we’ll explore how you can show up in the world in a way that honors your nervous system while allowing for empowered and sustainable action.
The Medicine of Sound
Sound will be woven throughout our time together, guiding us into a theta dream state, the restorative space between wakefulness and sleep.
These vibrational frequencies support the journey by creating space for the analytical mind to soften and deeper intuitive awareness to emerge.
What to Bring
Come comfortable and prepared to rest. A journal is recommended for capturing any insights or dreams that arise.
No previous experience with dreamwork or sound healing is needed. All bodies and levels of experience are welcome in this circle.
About the Space
Elevation Hive is located in the serene forests of Olympia, Washington. The Healing Dome offers a unique acoustic and energetic container for deep journey work and community connection.
About Your Facilitators
Amanda Lux
Amanda Lux is a somatic practitioner, educator, and artist whose work is deeply shaped by a lifelong relationship with dreaming, imagination, and embodied awareness. Her approach to dreamwork emphasizes curiosity and lived experience rather than interpretation, honoring dreams as sources of guidance, creativity, and connection.
Alongside formal training in conscious and active dreamwork through Robert Moss’s Active Dreaming lineage, Amanda’s facilitation is informed by her own long-term healing relationship with shamanic journey work. Her elemental dreamwork method weaves together active imagination with somatic, energetic, and trauma-informed modalities drawn from her background in energy medicine, yoga, and body-based healing arts.
Amanda has taught conscious dreaming workshops through the International Association for the Study of Dreams in both the United States and Europe and has co-facilitated community dream circles since 2018. She is devoted to cultivating dreaming as a communal practice that supports personal insight, creative expression, and a felt sense of belonging within the living world and beyond.
Angela Jackson
Angela is a Certified Vibrational Sound Therapist, Neurosomatic Intelligence Coach, Psychedelic Preparation and Integration guide, and Meditation Facilitator. Guided by spiritual intuition since age 10, she has long walked a path shaped by prophetic gifts and energetic healing.
Her own journey through pain, adversity, and triumph has deeply informed the trauma-informed and compassionate spaces she holds for others. Angela believes the work of healing is too heavy to carry alone and is passionate about helping people recognize the beauty within their own lives and move toward greater alignment.
Registration is required.
