There is a love within us that does not need to be created.
Sometimes it simply becomes difficult to feel.
We carry what has not yet had space to move. Emotion held quietly in the body. Protection around the heart. Places where our life force has become still, guarded or forgotten.
Awakening Self-Love is a 2.5-hour cacao ceremony and embodied journey into the heart.
A space to slow down.
To listen.
To feel what is genuinely present.
Nothing needs to be pushed away.
Nothing needs to be forced open.
Held by the warmth of ceremonial cacao, we create space for the body to soften in its own time. For breath to deepen. For feeling to move. For what has become quiet or protected within us to be met with tenderness.
The invitation is not to bypass what you feel in order to reach love.
It is to move through feeling.
To soften where the heart has learned to protect itself.
To allow life force to move again.
To feel more deeply.
To become more available to pleasure, tenderness, connection and aliveness.
Through somatic and tantric embodiment, breath, movement, sacred sound and Language of Light, we enter a space of deeper listening, receiving and remembrance.
