About this Event
This intimate one-day women’s immersion is designed for those who are ready to reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies, cultivate unwavering self-trust, and awaken the life force that naturally emerges when we call our power back.
Through a thoughtfully guided journey of breath, movement, sound, ritual, reflection, and nervous system-informed somatic practices, you’ll explore what it feels like to inhabit your body with greater presence, clarity, and compassion. Every experience is invitational, consent-based, and designed to honor your unique pace.
Throughout the day, you’ll experience:
- Guided breathwork and nervous system regulation practices
- Embodied movement and somatic exploration
- Voice and sound practices to support authentic expression
- Journaling and self-reflection
- Grounding rituals inspired by the elements
- Opportunities for meaningful connection with other women
- Rest, integration, and moments of deep stillness
This workshop is for women who long to:
- Feel more connected to their bodies and inner wisdom
- Strengthen their relationship with their intuition and authentic desire
- Practice honoring their boundaries with clarity and self-compassion
- Experience greater vitality, creativity, and presence
- Cultivate a deeper sense of trust in themselves
This is not a sexuality workshop. While we explore Eros as life force, creativity, vitality, and embodied aliveness, all practices remain fully rooted in personal choice. There is no expectation to share beyond your comfort level, and every invitation can be declined.
