An evening with Kieran Hedges exploring identity and loss, and what spiritual awakening can and cannot offer when life takes something away. Including talk, guided self-inquiry and open discussion.
Spirituality talks a lot about letting go. But what happens when letting go isn’t a choice? When we lose a person, a relationship, a role, a future, or simply the version of ourselves we thought we were?
Join us in person for a unique evening exploring grief, change and the identities we build our lives around. This will not be “yet another” nonduality guru event, or an attempt to explain away the difficult parts of being human with spiritual ideas.
It’s an honest exploration of what awakening might offer us when life changes in ways we didn’t choose.
Come as you are and leave feeling intrigued, inspired and perhaps with a different relationship to loss, identity and letting go. This is a confidential space where all are welcome.
