After grounding with ceremonial cacao with Scarlett, Ashley guides a meditation and breath sequence focused on presence and appreciation. As she transitions out, the room shifts into a layered sound bath by Delyar. During the sound bath, you’ll create an abstract painting using gentle textures, warm tones, and layered strokes that reflect gratitude in a subtle, expressive way. The style is slow, approachable, and rooted in feeling rather than form.
