Class introduction:
Learning the 8 STEP MEDITATION PROCESS accompanied with sound to guide your 8 STEP journey, you give space to EMBODY your INNER MUSE through unfiltered creative expression of drawing, writing, and sharing through creativity and joyful community.
You will learn ways to play with energy and integrate your awareness through guided meditation, art expressions and verbal communication in a in-person workshop then be supported by a 1:1 energy check session online.
Class is for all ages and skill levels, space available for 12 students.

What to expect:
After registration: A confirmation email will be sent to you with information including address, parking and more.
Before class: 1) Dress comfortably, 2) Bring lunch and water, 3) Arrive 5-10 minutes before class time.
In class: Explore an awakening and playful journey with guided experiences by Jing and music by Gina. These experiences are designed for your spirit and body integration through movement, visualization, art work & writing, verbal sharing with your peers.
After class: 1) Schedule an 1:1 complementary online session with Jing or Gina as support for your ongoing awakening journey. 2) Sign up for our monthly online gathering if interested.

1:10pm - 1:50pm: Lunch time
1:50pm - 2:50pm: Session 3 (Being neutral, Creating & destroying mental image pictures)

3:00pm - 4:00pm: Session 4 (Reading the Aura, Reading the Chakras)
4:00pm - 4:30pm: Each student can schedule a complimentary 30-minute energy check session with Jing or Gina.

Facilitators' Bio:
Jing Liu, is a Registered dietitian, Non-denominational Minister, Clairvoyant healer and Meditation teacher rooted in helping people connect with the deeper truths already living within them.
Through her clairvoyant offerings, she creates space for insight, awareness, and healing — allowing what has been hidden in the unconscious to gently rise into clarity.
One of Jing's favorite parts of her work is witnessing those powerful "aha" moments when someone recognizes their own truth. To her, that moment of awareness is where true healing begins.
A memorable experience from her work happened during a psychic healing session, when both Jing and the person receiving healing felt a bright light shining through their hearts at the same time. It became a living expression of Namaste - the light in me sees the light in you.
CERTIFICATIONS & Trainings: Master’s degree in Nutrition Science, Licensed Minister, Completed Women’s healing program, Intuitive Touch Program, Tarot Card Reading training, and SHAPE (Seers and Healers Advanced Practice Experience) Clairvoyant & Trancemediumship Mastery Course in 2021 & 2022.
GINA LOBITO is a SOUND THERAPIST, VIBRATIONAL HEALER, and INTUITIVE dedicated to empowering wellness through embodiment and activation of the core energetic structure of the body known as Pillar of Light.
Inspired by her background in law enforcement and peer support, Gina pivoted to the Healing Arts, Sound, and Vibrational healing to cultivate her own well-being—a journey that now informs her inner ascension process and service to others.
Her sessions emphasize body awareness, self empowerment and expanding ones own ability to self regulate the nervous system, self heal and calibrate the body at the cellular levels.
